Free Or Low-Cost Oregon Rehab Centers

Oregon has historically struggled with the availability of substance abuse treatment for Oregon residents. Ranking almost dead last for treatment options for people struggling with addiction, and fourth in the country for addiction, the numbers just don’t add up.

Plans are being developed so action can be taken. People who are attempting to reform the systems are aware that they need to make changes. Nearly 400,000 people who were in need of substance abuse treatment in Oregon were unable to locate or afford rehabilitation.

The amount of funding allocated to Oregon to be specifically used for treating substance abuse increased over $11 million dollars from 2017 to 2018. The total amount granted to Oregon to focus on substance abuse in 2018 was over $45 million.

Changes are occurring within the substance abuse treatment community, which makes locating a facility all the more complicated. That is why the list below is made up of affordable, low-cost, and even free drug and alcohol treatment facilities.
