About Arista Recovery

Arista Recovery’s Paola campus begins the admission process when prospective clients reach the admissions team by phone or online form. After this, staff will verify insurance benefits and walk through coverage options. Once ready, the team can coordinate transportation and complete admission, sometimes within hours. The Paola campus offers residential inpatient treatment with around-the-clock clinical support along with medically supervised detoxification  for those who need help safely managing withdrawal before transitioning into residential care.

The Paola facility offers residential accommodations alongside a range of amenities. Clients have access to a fitness center, an in-house movie theater with a popcorn machine, a recreation room, an onsite salon, and a gardening center with an on-site horticulture program. Holistic and experiential therapies are a core part of treatment here, including art therapy, sand tray immersion (which is unique to their program nationwide), and off-site equine therapy at nearby horse stables. A weekly yoga group is also available.

Recovery doesn’t end at discharge, and Arista Recovery builds continuity into its care model through aftercare planning. Treatment plans are designed to support a smooth transition to outpatient care at the Overland Park location or other aftercare services as clients progress. The Paola campus also connects individuals with community resources related to employment, housing, and education, along with a computer lab onsite for resume building and job searching. Alumni and family programs help former clients stay connected to a recovery community and reinforce the skills and relapse prevention strategies learned during their stay.
