Rubicon Mental Health – Watchung, New Jersey

Rubicon Mental Health shares a building with its sister addiction treatment center on Stirling Road in Watchung, NJ, putting it near Morristown, Summit, Bridgewater, and much of Central New Jersey. The modern facility specializes in treating anxiety depression, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Rubicon is certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and accredited by the Joint Commission.

The clinical team is led by founder Laura DeMasi and Clinical Director Adrienne Buchanan, and supported by therapists and counselors who build individualized treatment plans for each client’s unique needs. Programs include partial hospitalization for those needing more intensive daily structure, and intensive outpatient for those balancing treatment with everyday responsibilities such as work, family, and school.
