About Townhall II

Horizon House is a 10-bed, ASAM Level 3.1 to 3.5 residential program for women. It’s staffed 24/7 in a discreet, home-like location meant to feel nurturing rather than institutional.

Every resident has her own private bedroom and bathroom, and the home includes accessible showers and entryways for women with disabilities. Treatment blends grief counseling, anger management, communication skills, and trauma-informed care, with specialized counseling available for residents who have experienced abuse.

Counselors at Townhall II have an average of 20 years of experience, and the staff includes people in long-term recovery themselves. This brings a lived experience to daily programming as well as clinical training. Pregnant women and women with children are welcome, with scheduled visitation during the week and overnight stays for children on weekends.

After most residents complete the 90-day program, Townhall II coordinates a transition to a safe, sober living environment in the community.
