Princeton House Behavioral Health’s main campus is located in Princeton, New Jersey and offers inpatient addiction treatment for both men and women. This facility is situated on 10 acres of wooded land near the heart of Princeton and can house up to 110 patients at a time.
While in treatment men and women will be separated into gender-specific programs to ensure that everyone gets the individualized and specific treatment that they need to overcome addiction in a safe and supportive environment.
Individuals may also take part in the medical detoxification services that this facility offers in order to safely stop the use of drugs or alcohol. Medical professionals are also available 24 hours a day to help patients through difficult withdrawal symptoms that accompany the detox process.
The Princeton House inpatient program also includes a 21-bed state-designated short-term care facility. This is an acute care psychiatric unit that is designed for individuals suffering from a mental health illness in conjunction with substance abuse or addiction. This dual diagnosis program treats addiction from all sides to ensure a well rounded and effective recovery.
If you or a loved one are struggling from substance abuse or addiction, it is important to know all of your options so you can get the treatment you need to live a life of sobriety.
