This town in the Greater Boston area does not have certified addiction treatment facilities, but there are many accredited rehab centers in Norfolk County, where Canton is found.
These drug and alcohol treatment centers offer several levels of treatment, including outpatient and inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, and long- and short-term drug rehab.
A number of rehab facilities also offer medical detox, where patients can withdraw from their drug of abuse in safety and relative comfort. This type of treatment also quells the cravings which lead many patients to relapse.
