Drug Abuse Issues In Danvers
In 2022, there were eight overdose deaths in Danvers that were attributable to opioids. This was twice the overdose death rate of the year prior.
Statewide, there were nearly 4,000 EMS-related incidents involving opioids in the first three months of 2023.
