Sage Prairie offers both scheduled and walk-in assessments at all of its locations from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., when a personalized recovery plan will be provided. Services used in treatment programs here offer evidence-based therapy models, including CBT, motivational interviewing, and professionally led peer groups. Every client is also assigned a certified peer recovery specialist (CPRS), who provides support and reassurance during treatment.

Most clients are engaged in care here for eight to 10 months. Many levels of care are provided, from residential treatment to aftercare. Gradually, clients “step down” in treatment intensity, based on their progress.
