Whydah Sober Living is a residential housing facility for people in addiction recovery. Whydah utilizes recovery coaching, random drug screenings, life skills development, and a software program called One Step for accountability.
Whydah residents are required to pay rent, adhere to curfews during a probationary period, participate in household chores, and participate in the house rules selected through a democratic voting process.

3. Yale Behavioral Health Services At Hamden
Yale Behavioral Health Services at Hamden (BHSH) is an outpatient substance abuse and mental health clinic for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders.
BHSH offers individual, group, family, and couples counseling, crisis intervention, and medication evaluation and management. BHSH also provides a sliding scale for Hamden residents with limited income.
