The case management program links clients with the appropriate local resources and assists them in obtaining all benefits to which they are entitled. Some of the social services that a case manager may be able to help clients access include social security benefits, Medicaid, food stamps, and vocational training.

Residential treatment at Westminster progresses through three phases over nine months. Clients participate in individual and group therapy, 12-step meetings, and spiritual and recovery education throughout treatment while focusing on key areas in each phase.

The second phase covers months four to six and features life skills training, relationship skills development, and job training to support recovery.
